With a team of five I worked on a small game project. Set in space Iridium has the player take responsibility for a ship and its crew by use of the ship captain. Setting the work schedule and giving each crew member responsibilities, defending the ship against pirate attacks and building your wealth on missions flying through space.
I worked on the AI, animation and texturing. For the AI I made a look-head planner with a goal oriented behaviour. To model the personality of each crew member I used Maslov’s Hierarchy of needs, OCEAN (Big five) and OCC. The animation part was creating a light controller for blending from walk to run and the other animations. Texturing involved the ship and some furniture but bot the GUI.
